The Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Expansion adds 521,000 sq. ft. to the existing hospital facility. The expansion is designed to further the hospital’s mission of providing family-centered pediatric and obstetric care. It includes 149 patient beds, surgical and diagnostic suites, treatment rooms and clinics. It includes 3.5 acres of healing green space and gardens. CCM provided scheduling and cost control services on this project.
