UCSF Mission Hall

Mission Hall Global Health & Clinical Sciences Building created offices for clinicians working at the new UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay. The building has a capacity 1500 faculty, staff, fellows, and residents in open workspaces and shared activity spaces to maximize space efficiency. Modular work spaces, hard wall huddle and focus rooms allow for privacy when needed, and conference rooms throughout accommodate collaboration and meeting spaces. A modular planning approach atop a raised floor allows for flexibility to modify air-conditioning, heating and technology needs. The project was managed via the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method. CCM was an integral part of the owner's team providing project and construction management services.
