Michael Kaplan, Vice President is a member of CCM’s Executive Team and COO, is an accomplished leader for a wide variety of projects as a general contractor and a construction manager. His experience includes preconstruction planning, procurement, constructability reviews, scheduling, logistics planning, design coordination, total project cost tracking and controls, and field management. Michael holds a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley.
