Matt is a Senior Project Manager who specializes in complex corporate office space projects. His workspace project experience includes all facets of multi-building, ground-up corporate campuses, including laboratories, food service, and tenant improvements. He also has experience managing high-rise residential and stadium projects. His experience includes all phases and aspects of construction, from feasibility, conceptual estimating and early-phase budgeting to programming, design management, procurement, contracting, construction management, quality control, and close out. Matt has earned degrees in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Construction Management from Chico State.
