Cambridge CM provides building commissioning services to ensure that the building performs to the Engineers’ specifications in the area of energy usage, environmental comfort (HVAC), and water usage and conservations. Energy efficiency and resource conservation is good business. We also assist with defining and implementing energy efficiency targets and with securing available government incentive programs related to energy efficient design.
Services
We offer building commissioning services starting with the design phase to ensure inclusion of proven methods in energy savings and to confirm, during the construction and project close-out phases, that the building performs as designed. CCM designs and proposes testing protocols, observes and documents testing results, to assist in meeting applicable regulations.
