Located in the heart of Hollywood, Hollywood Arts Collective is a 152 studio, one, two, & three bedroom apartment building that provides affordable housing for artists. The project includes a fitness center, rehearsal studio, landscaped courtyards, underground parking structure, and community meeting rooms. Cambridge CM provided design management, preconstruction, estimating and cost management services, construction management, and comprehensive project reporting.
