La Clinica de La Raza is a non-profit provider of health services in the San Francisco Bay Area. Its mission is to improve the quality of life of the diverse communities it serves by providing culturally appropriate, high quality, and accessible health care for all. The 16,200 sq. ft. Monument project in Concord converted an existing building into an OSHPD 3 outpatient clinic for dental, medical and eye care. The project scope involved a complete gut-and-remodel and included a new elevator tower, physician offices and exam rooms, dental stations, patient support services, and a data room for electronic patient records.
