The Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center contains a 714,000 sq. ft. hospital and a four story 520,000 sq. ft. medical office building on this 52-acre campus site. The first phases of construction consisted of ancillary and support services including Radiology, MRI, and Clinical Laboratory. The second phase completed construction of two hospital bed towers interconnected by enclosed pedestrian bridges and landscaped pathways. The facility is licensed for over 300 beds and is the cardiac care center for Kaiser in the South Bay region. CCM provided construction management and project controls services.
